Hiring Agency General Government Cabinet Department of Veterans Affairs Location 100 Veterans Drive Wilmore, KY 40390 USA Description The Thomson Hood Veterans Center is looking for a self-motivated, energetic Food Service Worker who possesses the desire to care for Kentucky's Veterans.
Expectations for this position include but are not limited to:
Assisting in preparing and serving meals Maintain dietary work areas equipment and utensils in a safe clean and sanitary condition Transport food and set up Buffet lines.
Ensures scheduled cleaning duties (dishwashing, sweeping, mopping, etc.
) are completed.
Disposes of food and waste in accordance with rules and regulations.
